Hackney Gorki’s hopes of winning the London League Division 6 title came to a halt after a 4-0 defeat by Morley College whose victory makes them champions. Despite this setback, Gorki have had a great season under the captaincy of Chris Thorne – the team has five wins, two draws and two losses with one game left.

Hackney Major have brought home our first silverware of the season after a 2.5-1.5 victory over Cavendish secured the London League Division 5 title. There were wins on the night for captain Chris Gribben and Zebedee Jones, along with a draw for Alistair Dyte on top board and a defeat for George Perkins.
